Salesforce Reliability as a Managed Service

Your revenue runs on Salesforce workflows. We prove they still work — every night.

Release Assurance re-runs your most critical Salesforce processes through the real UI every night, catches what quietly broke, and hands your team the evidence — the failing step, the record, the video — by morning. Nothing installed. Nothing for you to write. Nothing in production.

The Problem we solve

When a Salesforce workflow breaks, it breaks silently before IT sees it. Why?

Salesforce ships a year. Your team ships likely weekly. Admins, consultants, AppExchange packages, and AI agents all change the org — and nobody has time to re-verify every revenue-critical workflow after every change. The result is invisible risk 👀

AI is accelerating change

Code, automations, and configurations that once took weeks can now be generated in hours. The speed of creation has outpaced the speed of verification.

Many actors, one system

Developers, admins, consultants, AppExchange packages, and AI agents are all making changes. Each one can introduce unexpected side effects.

Invisible failures

Business depends on Salesforce. When workflows break, the business breaks. Nobody notices until a customer complains — or revenue is lost.

Deployments break things

Every release, every metadata push, every sandbox refresh carries the risk of breaking something that was working fine yesterday.

No time for regression testing

Salesforce releases three times a year. Your team releases weekly. Nobody has time to manually verify every workflow after every change.

Zero visibility into what works

You monitor infrastructure and endpoints. But you have zero visibility into whether your actual business processes — the ones that generate revenue — still function.

The leadership lens

Your Salesforce org changes constantly.
How do you know nothing broke?

Four questions you should be able to answer about Salesforce every morning.
Today, most teams can't answer a single one without a fire drill. Release Assurance answers all four, before your first meeting.

What you actually get

This is what's waiting in your inbox at 7am.

A validation rule changed overnight. A required field appeared. The next scheduled run caught it — and handed your team the failing step, the video, the screenshot, and the exact record. No hunting. No guessing.

No more hoping. No more guessing. Just the answers, every morning.

What we verify

Specific workflows. Not vague confidence.

You name the processes that would hurt most if they broke. We verify each one end-to-end, through the real UI, the way your users actually run it.

01

Lead routing

New leads assign to the right owner, queue, and follow-up path — not a black hole.

02

Quote & CPQ approval

Deals move through pricing and approvals on the quarter-critical path.

03

Case escalation & SLA

Priority cases route, escalate, and respect the SLA commitments you sold.

04

Renewals & opportunities

Renewal opportunities generate and hand off before pipeline disappears.

05

Permissions & access

Users can reach the records, actions, and pages their job actually requires.

06

Onboarding handoffs

Closed-won deals reach provisioning, customer success, and finance.

Start with the three that scare you most. We add coverage as you grow — there's no cap on what we can watch.

How it works

A managed QA team,
you don't have to hire.

Managed means hands-off. You write nothing, run nothing, install nothing. You point us at the workflows that matter. We handle everything else.

STEP 01

Connect your Salesforce org

Secure OAuth login with read-only access. Takes five minutes. Your data never leaves your org.

STEP 02

We configure your test suite

We set up automated verification for your critical business processes based on your org's configuration and workflows.

STEP 03

See results every morning

Your reliability dashboard updates daily. Failures trigger instant alerts with plain-English explanations — not stack traces.

Apex proves your code compiles. We prove your business still runs.

A unit test proves a method returns the right value. It can't prove a rep can convert a lead, build a quote, and clear approval across your real screens, flows, packages, and permissions. That end-to-end path is what breaks — and the only thing we watch.

Who it's for

Built for whoever gets the call when the org breaks.

Salesforce Admins

A safety net behind every change you ship — catch the regression before your users file the ticket.

RevOps & Sales Ops

Protect the flows that generate and close pipeline, so the number never slips to a broken automation.

IT Directors & Business Systems

Continuous visibility and morning evidence across every team — no extra headcount, no new tool to run.

Consultants & Partners

Regression coverage you can stand behind for clients — proof every delivery still works after every change.

Honest security posture

Trust & Security

The controls we operate today — not a roadmap dressed up as the present. If it isn't here, it isn't in production yet.

For security reviewers — the short version
  • Sandbox-only. Production Salesforce orgs are rejected at connect time; runs use a dedicated least-privilege automation user, not an admin.
  • Salesforce auth. OAuth 2.0 JWT Bearer; access tokens held in memory only, never persisted; per-tenant signing keys with fail-closed resolution.
  • Tenant isolation. Every query carries a tenant_id predicate, backed by foreign-key constraints and a cross-tenant integration test suite, with Row-Level Security rolling out table-by-table as a backstop.
  • Artifacts. Can capture on-screen data; encrypted, 7-day default retention, 90-day hard ceiling, 15-minute signed download links.
  • Hosting. Google Cloud; the database is reachable only over a private Cloud SQL socket (no public IP). A GDPR-aligned DPA is available on request.
  • SOC 2 Type I — in progress. Scoping with an auditor is underway. We label it "in progress," never "certified," until it actually is.
Why I built this

I've spent nearly twenty years inside Salesforce orgs — as an admin, a developer, a consultant, and an architect. If you've run Salesforce for more than a year, you already know the truth I learned the hard way: the org that runs your business is never finished, and the failures that cost you the most never make a sound.

There's no error page. No alert. A validation rule shifts, an automation quietly stops firing — and for weeks everything looks fine while leads go unrouted, quotes stall in approval, and renewals never fire. By the time anyone notices, it's already booked as lost revenue and a customer who stopped trusting the system. We've all lived it: the Friday night spent reverse-engineering what changed, knowing the real damage was done weeks ago.

I built Release Assurance to end that. If we can watch a server's pulse every second, we can verify the business processes that actually pay the bills — every single night. Catching a break the morning it happens, instead of the quarter it costs you, is the entire difference between a quick fix and a fire.

Early Adopters Perks
  • Completely free for the full beta — no credit card required, and you can cancel at any time.
  • A direct say in our roadmap, so the features you need get prioritized.
  • Founding pricing locked in for life — you keep 40% off whatever our public price turns out to be.
Why we run this closed, free beta
  • We want to learn from real customers and real-world use cases.
  • We want to accelerate our load testing with genuine, day-to-day usage.
  • We need to prove the platform scales elastically as demand grows.

…and the best way to do that is to offer early adopters the platform entirely free for three months — with a generous set of perks on top.

Straight answers

Objections, handled.

What does it cost?

Nothing during the beta — it's free while you're a founding member, no card required. We'll share pricing at our public launch this fall; founding members get our best terms.

How many spots are there?

Just 20. I hand-onboard every founding member and verify your workflows myself, so 20 is as many as I can do right. Registration runs July 1 – September 30, and I onboard in the order companies apply — so earlier is better.

Production or sandbox?

Sandbox only. We reject production at connect time, use a least-privilege user, and you can revoke access whenever you want.

How much of my team's time is this?

A 20-minute kickoff, then 30 minutes a week. We do all the building and maintenance — your team writes and runs nothing.

What if Salesforce changes and breaks a test?

Platform breakage is our problem, never yours, and never billable. We fix it within SLA and keep your coverage green.

Is my data safe?

Sandbox-only, no stored credentials, isolated per-run containers, tenant isolation at the database. Full posture and DPA on request.
