Terms of Service

By using the Release Assurance service ("Service") you agree to these Terms. If you use it on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to bind that organization.
1. The Service
Release Assurance is a managed continuous-verification service for Salesforce. We author, run, and maintain browser-based regression tests for your business workflows and provide reporting, evidence, and incident alerts.
2. Salesforce access
- You grant OAuth-based access to a Salesforce sandbox via a least-privilege automation user. Production orgs are not supported.
- We use the minimum permissions necessary and access your org only to run configured verification.
- You may revoke access at any time by revoking the signing certificate; access is severed immediately.
3. Subscription & payment
Pricing is based on the selected service tier, Testing Agent Equivalent capacity, Protected UI Minute pool, add-ons, and any individual service agreement, as described on our Pricing page. Payment is due in advance per billing period; we may change pricing with 30 days' notice.
4. Managed-service scope
We author and maintain verification, run it on the agreed schedule, and report results. You are responsible for clear coverage requests, approving scope, maintaining valid sandbox access, and notifying us of significant org changes that affect verification.
5. Data & intellectual property
You retain all rights to your Salesforce data and business information. The platform and the verification scripts we author remain our intellectual property, licensed to you for use within the Service during your subscription.
6. Availability & liability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not liable for downtime outside our control, including Salesforce platform outages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service in the prior 12 months.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days' notice; we may terminate immediately for material breach. On termination we revoke org access and your data and artifacts are exported on request, then purged.
